Sanitarian Ehiaghe Esther Ainabe is a certified Environmental Health Officer at the Consultant rank.

She has B.Sc. (Hons) Microbiology with Second Class Honours (lower division), 2005, Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma, M.Sc. Environmental and Public Health Microbiology, 2013, University of Benin, Post Graduate Diploma in Education (PGDE)in 2014, Environmental Health Officers (EHO) Certification in 2018, a Ph.D in view amongst other certifications.
Sanitarian Ehiaghe Esther Ainabe is result driven and dogged and has over 21 years of cognate experience in the Education, Training Facilitation, Health, and International Development sectors.

Professionally, her experience include; Microbiologist with the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN), Murtala International Airport Wing, Ikeja, Lagos, State during her National Youth Service Corps in 2006. She gained employment with the Institute of Health Technology University of Benin Teaching Hospital (UBTH) as a part- time Lecturer on the 9th of February, 2009. She taught the Public Health Nursing students and the Environment al Health students. Classroom and hostel-live-in Teacher of Biology at Igbinedion Education Center, Classroom teacher at Continental Group of Schools and Enina Primary School. She was a WAEC examiner of Biology II for 6 years .
Her journey into teaching began 2 months after her graduation from Federal Government Girls’ College ( FGGC), Benin City in 1997, wherein she taught for 2 years at Enina Group of Schools, Uwasota Benin City, before proceeding to the University to further her education.
She has taught several courses at both the Secondary school , undergraduate and professional levels.
She has received many awards which include;

She is a member of Environmental Health Officers Association of Nigeria (EHOAN) ,American Society for Microbiology (ASM), Nigerian Society for Microbiology (NSM), and Organization of Women Scientists from Developing World (OWSD).
She lives and breathes education and social impact. She is found in teams that are facilitating innovative solutions globally.
She is a prolific writer who has authored three books titled “Untold Story Of The Returned Migrant”, “Mindset-Emotions Transformation” and “The Power of Transformation” currently selling on Selar.co and amazon.com (in ebook and print formats).
She has contributed to providing solutions to the execution and sustainability of international and national donor funded development projects in the areas of irregular migration, labour migration, human trafficking, youth capacity development, livelihood programs, returned migrant integration, youth safety and serious and organized crime prevention.
She has consulted for SEEFAR International as a Local Migration Expert, GIZ as a member of the Technical Working Group on development of Agricultural policy for Edo State, the Edo State Government as a Special Assistant to the governor on Gender Matters, Society For Family Health (SFH) as Edo State Health Communications Coordinator- WASH (Water, Sanitation Hygiene) program in 20 communities in Ovia South West local government area in Edo state, Edo jobs as a training consultant, London Professional Training Center as a Learning Facilitator, Charryville Academy as the School Administrator, Praise High School as a volunteer teacher, and Goalcast Global Foundation (GGF) as a Program Manager.

She is a strategic communicator, research expert, counselor, innovator, public speaker, gender specialist, development strategist, facilitator, virtual and on-site coach, educational consultant, and livelihood administrator.
She is committed to improving the status of socially and economically disadvantaged individuals.
She is currently a Lecturer 2, in the School of Environmental Health Sciences at the Edo State College of Health Sciences and Technology.
She loves reading books, watching movies and singing.
