A native of Owan East LOCAL Government Area, born on the 16th of August 1970 to the family of late Chief and Mrs Patrick Udugbai Akhiomen. I had my primary and Secondary school at Ohobo primary school and St James’ Grammar school Afuze respectively. Thereafter, I proceeded to OAUTHC Ile Ife Osun State where I had my ordinary national Diploma (OND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) In Health Information Management. In the quest for additional knowledge, I later went to Houdegbe North American University Kotonou Replublic of Benin where I obtained a Bsc in Health information Management. To again diversify a little in HIM, I proceeded to University of Benin to pursue a course in Health planning and Management where I bagged a Master in Health planning and Management (MHPM). I am currently undergoing a Ph.D programme in Health Administration at the University of Benin. I am currently on my third year in the programme. I am married to Mrs Akhiomen Prudence Odion together, we are blessed with four Children.
