A primary health care tutor originally from Delta State, is happily married to Newton Isaac Anavheokhai from Fugar in the Etsako local government area of Edo State. They are proud parents of three children. Wiska completed her secondary education at Warri City College in 2007 and went on to earn a diploma in community health from Delta State College of Health Sciences in 2014. She furthered her education by obtaining a higher diploma in community health (CHO) from UBTH in 2018 and completed her primary health care tutor training at UCH Ibadan in 2022. With a strong foundation in her Roman Catholic upbringing, Wiska is committed to delivering top-notch healthcare education and services.
